David is a fully-qualified architect with over 14 years’ experience in both private and commercial practice. He moved to Habitat for Humanity Homes in November 2011 from Haskoll, an award-winning architectural firm, following a sponsored placement at the charity in April 2011.
He has a strategic management role developing the project base, particularly expanding the empty homes work and progressing new-build affordable housing opportunities.
David is passionate about seeing community transformation in urban areas. He particularly enjoys thinking creatively about the re-use of existing buildings and how partnership working can deliver new business models for providing affordable housing in the UK. David and his wife are very active in their local community, both through their son’s primary school and their church in Fulham.
