In 2009 we purchased a block of 12 new build flats from Habitat for Humanity. The negotiation process took place during the construction phase and went extremely well. The resultant flats were built to a high standard, have been popular with residents and were trouble free during the defects period.

We would be very happy to work again with Habitat should they have a future scheme within our areas of operation.

I just wanted to say thank you again for the opportunity to come and work with your team on the Kings Grove project yesterday.  We enjoyed ourselves immensely and were thrilled to be a part of such an amazing organization like Habitat for Humanity.

These properties have been refurbished to the high standard that Genesis HA expects. We are more than satisfied with the overall quality and condition of the property.

It has been a pleasure to work with HfH. This project was well organized, and the dedication and enthusiasm of their people involved was evident throughout. We would more than happy to enter into further projects with HfH.

Completely satisfied with the overall delivery on this project.

From start to completion HFH showed commitment to doing things the right way. In exploring the feasibility of the project their option development skills were crucial in establishing the best option to deliver the successful outcome. The sequencing of the work was well managed…this is a cost effective solution to a complex problem that has saved the council from having to raise the funding to bring the dwellings back.

LBBD are delighted with the outcome. Three families are now housed in quality accommodation at affordable rents. A depreciating asset is now appreciating. We have saved money and the street scene of the area has been significantly improved. LBBD are keen to build on the success of this project, and are in the process of identifying suitable properties for future projects.
